Full course description

This module is intended to provide participants with a thorough understanding of the 7 Key Principles for providing early intervention services, by providing some common language around the principles, examples of what the principles might look like in practice, and an opportunity to reflect on your current practice and its alignment with the current evidence base. By completing this module, you will also gain knowledge and access to resources that will help you as you support and partner with families in early intervention.

This module was originally developed by a national workgroup and has been modified to include some specifics that pertain to the Illinois Early Intervention System. Members of the national workgroup that developed the content in this module have extensive experience developing and delivering early intervention training.

Participants must complete the training module and complete the required evaluation in order to receive a certificate of completion.
