Full course description

Digital Content Management and Strategy is a course on how organizations create, organize, govern, and deliver digital content across the full content lifecycle. Students explore content management systems, digital asset management, content strategy, workflow design, metadata, accessibility, and omnichannel publishing, with emphasis on building efficient, scalable, and audience-centered content operations.

The course also examines the evolution of digital content delivery from static websites to mobile, headless, and API-first systems. Students learn how to align content with business goals and user needs, design effective content workflows, and manage digital assets so content can be reused, measured, and optimized over time.

By the end of the course, students will understand how to build and support a content ecosystem that improves collaboration, strengthens digital experiences, and helps organizations deliver the right content to the right audience at the right time.
