Overview
During this workshop, participants will develop a better understanding of stress and the 3 dimensions of burnout. They will learn how burnout can impact their physical and mental health, and the quality of their work, if not addressed. Throughout the workshop, participants will practice strategies that can be easily implemented into their workday to help manage and reduce stress and decrease their chances of experiencing burnout.
Objectives
- Participants will learn about stress and the 3 dimensions of burnout.
- Participants will participate in strategies they can implement if they are experiencing signs that can lead to burnout.
- Participants will evaluate their likelihood of experiencing burnout to determine areas for adjustment.
