Overview

Take some time to learn about different formulas and tools within Excel. Excel is something that many of us use. There are so many tips and tricks with Excel that there is always something new to learn.

Objectives

  1. Implement cell reference locking for accurate calculations
  2. Apply data validation, filters, and conditional formatting to organize data
  3. Utilize formulas and functions such as IF(S), COUNTIF(S), SUMIF(S), AND/OR, and XLOOKUP
  4. Create and customize dynamic graphs

Barbara McCoy, LMSW, is a Performance Outcomes Analyst at Arrow Child & Family Ministries. She works across foster care, adoption, residential, and education programs, using Excel to analyze and visualize data to assess outcomes. She holds an MSW from the University of Houston and enjoys crafting and caring for plants.
