This webinar explores general LGBTQ+ Cultural Competency and the relevance and impact it has on trans youth in specific ways. Len Meyer (pronouns: they/them) is a noted speaker, consultant, and educator regarding transgender health care and LGBTQ+ health care. Currently, Meyer works as an LGBTQI+ Diversity Trainer.

Nicole Frydman (pronouns: she/they) is the Director of Operations for Uniting Pride of Champaign County. She has over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, working in a variety of areas including education, operations, fundraising, programming, and more.
