Presenter: Kevin McGhee

Kevin McGhee holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and brings over 15 years of diverse experience in project management and information systems across FQHCs and non-profit sectors, spanning healthcare, finance, and technology. Certified as a Project Management Professional, Certified Network Specialist, Scrum Master, and Six Sigma Green Belt, he is an innovative servant leader dedicated to organizational growth and staff development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Staff Relations and Certified Dream Manager (formerly Senior Director of Data and Compliance Management), Kevin plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, conflict resolution, and employee engagement. He leads strategic initiatives to enhance staff relations, implement professional development programs, and support succession planning. As a Certified Dream Manager, he empowers employees to align their personal and professional aspirations, strengthening both individual growth and organizational success. His expertise extends to effective communication, relationship-building leadership, and a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Beyond his professional endeavors, Kevin remains dedicated to continuous learning through certifications and industry engagement. He enjoys basketball, golfing, running, and biking but values family time above all. He also gives back to the community as a basketball coach and an active board member in various organizations.
